By the mid 1980’s Jan van Brouwershaven (CEO) joined the family business and started selling plants. Late 1990’s he founded a new company Impulse Plants focused on exporting high quality plants to the United Kingdom. Gathering distinctive plants Jan impulses customers to buy directly when passing by.
Today, Jan and his wife Ingrid van Brouwershaven are the owners of Impulse Plants. It looks as if another member of this enterprising family will lead this company: their two sons Roy and Jay, are all set to take over the business when the time comes.
With Jan in charge, the company continued to grow steadily. Impulses success is and always will be built on our focus of the customer needs, improvement of service and the high quality products the company expands yearly. At present, Impulse Plants employs more than 30 people spread over our two locations.
